Ex France protector Jean-Pierre Adams has kicked the bucket matured 73 after just about 40 years in a trance like state, his previous club Nimes reported on Monday.

Adams, who showed up during the 1970s, slipped into a state of insensibility after a misstep by his anesthetist during routine knee medical procedure in 1982.

Brought into the world in Dakar in 1948, he was one of the main men brought into the world in West Africa to play for France.

His middle back association with Marius Tresor for France was nicknamed “the rogue”.
