AAUA STUDENTS REACT TO CLOSURE OF EDU-PORTAL ON MARCH 31ST

According to the latest information on the website of Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko, it states clearly that the edu-portal will be closing on 31st of March, 2019, which this has brought students to react on the current issue.
The school authority also added that failure to make payment and registration before the deadline will attract some additional fee.
In a vox pop conducted by Oasis Media Group to evaluate the views and reactions of the students on the issue, below are the reactions of students.
Faith, from Industrial mathematics, 300 level is of the opinion that closure of the portal is not welcome at time. She said, "I don't think it's a good idea. The Students Union should speak on our behalf to extend the date especially, so students who sponsors themselves can have enough time to get the money and pay"
Olumide a student of Philosophy, 100 level said "To me, I feel it's not a good idea due to the fact that some 100 level students are yet to see their names on the school portal due to late admission, some are yet to gather money to even pay acceptance fee talk less of school fee".
Amaka Gloria, 400 level, Department of linguistic said "The school authority should extend the date so as to enable the struggling ones to make their payment".
Akinmoju Dimeji, 200 level suggests that school authority should give more time to the student and extend the date for the closure of portal.
