Flags at half mast in honour of Late President Shehu Shagari

President Muhammadu Buhari Saturday directed that flags should fly at half-mast in military and para-military formations, as well as public buildings for three days, starting from today (Sunday) as he paid tribute once again to the late President Shehu Shagari.
